Analysis of product packaging design (III)
IV. environmental greening
green is the color of life, and life calls for green. It is a symbol of harmony, health, safety and happiness, a guide for people to buy high-tech products, and a driving force for the knowledge economy. In short, in a sense, green is an important symbol of modern human civilization. In today's world, people take green as a synonym for being beneficial and harmless to both human beings and the environment. The wave of green life is becoming an international social hot spot At the beginning of the new century, green consumption has swept the world, and it is moving from the world's advanced industrial countries to developing countries. In particular, green industry is inseparable from human production and life. It provides more green products for the majority of consumers, and is obligated to provide information about green products for the majority of citizens, guide green consumption, green technology and green products, and work together to promote sustainable economic development and create a green home for future generations. As an intermediary connecting production and life, products have an inescapable impact on the current ecological environment problems faced by mankind. If we take products as the core and link the production process of products with the use and post-use treatment process of products, we will form a product system, including raw material mining, raw material production, product manufacturing and use, as well as post-use treatment and recycling of products. In this product system, as the input of the system (resources and energy), it causes the problems of resource depletion and energy shortage, while the discharge of "three wastes" as the output of the system causes the problem of industrial pollution. Therefore, all ecological and environmental problems are closely related to the product system. Therefore, from the stage of product development and design, it is necessary to carry out product green design. The development and consumption of microcomputer controlled change laboratory machines, the separation of foreign advanced control technology, exquisite appearance design and environment-friendly products have become the focus of the current sustainable development action plan in the international industry, and it is also one of the goals set by the international ISO14000 environmental management standard system. Product design is a process of transforming a certain purpose or need of human beings into a specific physical form or tool. The traditional product design theory and method in the international automobile market are people-centered, and the starting point is to meet people's needs and solve problems. There is no high-frequency decadent experimental machine used to measure the decadent characteristics, decadent life, and The prefabrication crack and crack expansion test depends on the subsequent production and consumption of resources and energy in the process of use, as well as the emission to the environment. Therefore, the traditional theories and methods of product development and design must be reformed and innovated. According to the idea of industrial ecology and the theory of green engineering design, a new concept of product green design has emerged
the specific design schemes of various products vary widely, but from the perspective of design procedures and methodology, there are still some common concepts and steps. Generally, it includes product functional requirements analysis, product specification definition, design scheme implementation, and reference product evaluation. In the traditional product design, for the above four stages, the main factors considered are technical and economic factors such as market consumption demand, product quality, cost, feasibility of manufacturing technology and so on. The traditional product design is often only based on the needs of users and the purpose of enterprise profits, and rarely considers the environmental pollution and resource depletion, and does not take the ecological environment factor as an important indicator of product development and design. The manufacture and use of foamed plastic tableware is an example. It does bring great convenience to consumers, but it is not easy to decompose in the soil. The goal of green design is to save resources, prevent pollution, maintain environmental quality, maintain a diverse and sustainable ecosystem, and support a long-term and dynamic economic system. Therefore, new ideas and methods must be introduced into product ecological design:
1. From "people-centered" product design to green design that considers both human needs and ecosystem safety
2. From the conceptual stage of product development, ecological environment variables are introduced and comprehensively considered with traditional design factors such as cost, quality, technical feasibility, economic effectiveness, etc
regard the eco-environmental characteristics of products as an important factor to improve the market competitiveness of products; Considering the ecological environment in product development is not to completely ignore other factors. Because the ecological characteristics of products are the potential characteristics contained in products, if only ecological factors are considered, it is difficult for products to enter the market, and as a result, the potential ecological characteristics of products cannot be realized
traditional product design is extensive. It only considers the function, quality and service life of products, and does not consider the impact of use and product abandonment on the environment. Its production mode is that the product life cycle is "cradle to grave". Although this production mode with high energy consumption, waste of resources, less functions and low recovery rate can achieve temporary economic development, from the perspective of long-term interests, it wastes a lot of non renewable resources on the earth (such as forests, minerals, oil, etc.), and the products produced become solid waste after the end of their life, which is difficult to deal with at the current level of science and technology. This kind of "killing the goose that lays the golden egg" can only achieve development by increasing input and consumption, without hesitation. 5. The movable adjustment distance with the handle connecting rod of the stroller: About 300mm. The hair tuxedo mode that sacrifices the environment is unsustainable, and the consequences it brings must be that future generations are deprived of the opportunity to enjoy the same development and consumption, while the older generation of scientific and technological workers have become "sinners of all ages". Green design is intensive. Its difference from traditional design is that pollution must be fundamentally prevented in all stages of product from concept formation to production and manufacturing, and even recycling and treatment after waste. Its production mode is that the product cycle is "production to reproduction", focusing on regeneration rather than tomb. From an economic point of view, it is called getting the maximum reward at the least cost. Its characteristic is to minimize the volume of the product and occupy less space; Consider the impact of product production, use and waste on the environment; Reduce product parts and components, make them easy to recycle and disassemble, and the parts or complete machine can be renovated and recycled, so as to reduce the environmental pollution caused by waste
different from traditional product design, green elements of products not only focus on the use function of products, but also pay special attention to the environmental requirements of products and the safety of human health, as well as the multi-level use of energy and materials. The key to the control of product green design elements is to apply the analysis method of environment and resource benefits to product design, so as to realize the coordination of product functionality, environment and cost, so as to achieve good environmental and economic benefits. Using the green design method, at&t company of the United States summarized that the key to the control of design elements is to incorporate the design elements that meet the requirements of regulations, performance, environment, culture and cost into the product design first
