If emergency repair is required, open the upper cover plate of the heating plate, pour out the water first, and then set the electric cabinet to manual operation, heat it to 100 ℃, keep the constant temperature for half an hour, dry the line, and glue the belt under manual state. At the same time, contact the manufacturer in time to replace the whole line. 5. If the curing press does not need to be used for a long time, the heating plate should be heated every half a month (the temperature is set at 100 ℃) and kept at the temperature for about half an hour

6. After each use, the water in the water pressure plate should be drained away, especially in winter. If the water cannot be drained away, it often leads to premature aging of the rubber of the water pressure plate. 5. Always keep the equipment clean and sanitary; The service life of the board is reduced

the correct way to drain water is to do it after the vulcanization and heat preservation is completed and before the vulcanizer is disassembled. If the water is discharged after the machine is disassembled, it may cause the water in the water pressure plate to not be completely discharged
