3. pay attention to the proportion of front and rear tension in printing. Generally, the proportion of rear tension is higher than that of front tension. Generally, the rear tension is 10% higher than that of front tension. In the printing process, we should also pay attention to adjusting the angle of the scraper, which is conducive to extending the service life of the plate cylinder

II. Embossing

there are often problems of different embossing length and pattern depth during embossing. The main reasons are as follows: the inconsistent embossing length is usually due to poor printing winding and the front and rear tension of the embossing machine is not well controlled.
